How fast do you reply?
We usually answer on WhatsApp within a few hours, from 9:00 to 21:00 Tbilisi time. To confirm a booking we just need your preferred date and the route you have in mind.
Which languages do you speak and how do I pay?
We guide in English and Russian. A 10% deposit is paid online by card or bank transfer when you book; the balance in cash or by card on the day — whatever is easier for you.
Where do we meet at the start of the tour?
We pick you up at your hotel or any convenient point in Tbilisi; an airport transfer is also possible if arranged in advance. We confirm the exact meeting spot on WhatsApp once your date is booked.
Can I travel with kids or in a group?
Yes — the tours are family-friendly and a child seat is added on request. Groups of four or more get a 10% discount, and the private car keeps everyone together at their own pace.
Can you issue a receipt?
Yes, we can provide a proof-of-payment document if you need one for work or reimbursement. Just let us know when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. If mountain weather turns bad, we reschedule the route or swap it for a safe alternative rather than cancel your day.
