What's included in the price
The price in the table is the final cost per person. It includes:
- English-speaking guide Timur for the entire route;
- transport — a comfortable air-conditioned car or minivan;
- fuel and all road costs;
- drinking water during the trip;
- a flexible itinerary — we adjust the route to you and stop wherever it's interesting.
Entrance tickets to museums, fortresses and monasteries, cable cars, wine tastings and meals are paid separately and only if you want them. That way you never overpay for something you skip — if the group decides to pass on a tasting, it simply won't appear on the bill.
What affects the price
- Duration and distance. Tbilisi walks start from ₾90–135, trips to far regions (Kazbegi, Kakheti, Svaneti) from ₾170, and multi-day signature tours from ₾450.
- Group size. The price is per person. A ₾175 Kazbegi tour for four works out under ₾44 each.
- Season. In summer and over the New Year holidays popular dates fill up fast — book ahead to get a convenient day.
- Format. A fully custom itinerary costs a little more than a ready-made programme, but the experience is entirely your own.
How to save
- Gather a group. From 4 people a 10% discount applies — noticeably better value for a company or family.
- Choose weekdays. On weekdays it's easier to book top routes and avoid the tourist coaches.
- Take a combo. Two- and three-day tours (Kazbegi + Kakheti, Georgia in 3 days) cost less per day than the same places done separately.
How much a trip costs
The prices in the table are per person. For example, Kazbegi is from ₾175 per person for a full day in the mountains with a private guide. For groups of 4 or more a 10% discount applies.
For comparison: a seat on a group coach tour to Kazbegi from the aggregators costs ₾50–70 per person — but that's a ride with 40 strangers on a fixed schedule, with no stops of your own. With us the car is just your party, the route is flexible, and the guide adjusts to you.
Payment and booking
No prepayment required: message the guide, agree the date and route, and pay however suits you — Visa or Mastercard online, or cash on the day. Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before the trip.
Frequently asked questions about prices
Is the price per person or for the whole group?
Prices are per person. For groups of 4 or more a 10% discount applies — the more of you there are, the better the value.
Are entrance tickets and tastings included?
No. Entrance tickets to museums and fortresses, cable cars and wine tastings are paid separately on the day. The price covers the guide's work, transport and fuel.
Are there any discounts?
Yes — a 10% discount for groups of 4 or more. We don't inflate or strike through prices: the table shows the honest final cost.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard online, as well as cash on the day. No prepayment is needed.
Why are multi-day tours more expensive?
They include more days of the guide's work and transport, and more mileage. Per day, though, they're better value than one-off trips to the same regions.
Does the price change in high season?
Base prices are fixed, but in summer and over the New Year holidays dates fill up fast — it's best to book ahead.
