How the VIP tour works
It starts with a brief: you tell us the dates, group size, occasion and wishes — from cuisine to the pace of the route. Within 5–7 days we agree the programme, choose the car (a business-class sedan, a minivan or an SUV for mountain roads) and, if needed, add a helicopter transfer, personal security and a photographer. A 10% deposit secures a one-day programme (the balance is paid on the spot); multi-day programmes are prepaid 100% before the start.
On the day, guide Timur or Saba meets you at the airport or hotel and leads a private route with no groups or queues: closed tastings with winemakers, a table at the best restaurants, access to sites outside opening hours. Prices start at ₾1000 per person per day and depend on the services chosen; for a party of 2–4 it works out cheaper than ready-made multi-day packages.
You can travel year-round: mountains and sea in summer, the wine and harvest season in Kakheti in September–October, Gudauri and thermal springs in winter. We build the route around the weather and your interests.
