Cancellations must be submitted in writing — via WhatsApp, Telegram or email. The moment the guide receives your message counts as the cancellation time.
Instead of cancelling, you can move the tour to another date at no charge — provided the request comes in no later than 24 hours before the start.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking. On a second reschedule, the standard cancellation terms apply.
If a tour is cancelled for reasons beyond our control (extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), we offer you a choice of:
Ordinary rain or cold is not considered force majeure — tours run in any weather unless it poses a safety risk.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour in the following cases:
In these cases we provide a full refund or offer to reschedule/replace the tour.
We notify you of a cancellation no later than 12 hours before the start (except in emergencies).
For groups of 8 or more and corporate events, cancellation terms are agreed individually at booking. As a rule, a 30–50% deposit is required and cancellation notice no later than 72 hours in advance.
Please note: when paying through aggregators (Tripster, GetYourGuide, etc.), the cancellation policy of the respective platform applies.
