Booking Terms

These terms govern the booking and conduct of tours by IE Sakhvadze T.V. (Sakhva Travel), registered in Tbilisi, Georgia.

1. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Sakhva Travel via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. To secure the date, a 10% prepayment is made online (by bank card, SBP, or cryptocurrency); the balance is paid on the day of the tour. Full online payment is available at the client's request.

Placing a booking and paying on the website constitute acceptance of this public offer: by ticking the consent box and completing payment, the client enters into a service agreement on the terms set out herein.

2. Prices and Payment

• Prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) per group unless stated otherwise
• Online payment by Visa / Mastercard — via the certified payment provider Flitt; charged in Georgian Lari (GEL)
• Also accepted: SBP via QR code, cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments), cash on the tour day (GEL, USD, EUR)
• Price includes: transport, guide services, water. Entrance tickets and meals are at the client's expense unless specified in the tour description

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Free cancellation — 24+ hours before the tour
• Less than 24 hours — rescheduling available by mutual agreement
• No-show — booking cancelled, no refund if prepaid
• Weather cancellation — if the route is impassable (road closure, heavy rain), the tour is rescheduled or fully refunded
• Refund of online payments — where a refund applies, funds are returned to the same card/account used for payment, within 5–10 business days. Refund requests: info@sakhva-travel.com or WhatsApp

4. Liability

Sakhva Travel: provides the tour as described, ensures safe transport, notifies of any route changes in advance.

Client: arrives on time (15+ min late = cancellation), carries valid ID/passport, follows dress code at religious sites, arranges travel insurance independently.

5. Insurance

Medical insurance is mandatory for all foreign nationals in Georgia since January 1, 2026. Clients must arrange insurance before the trip. See our insurance guide.

6. Personal Data

We collect only data necessary for the tour: name, contact phone/messenger, tour date. Data is not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Force Majeure

Sakhva Travel is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, road closures by authorities, epidemics, or other events beyond our control. Full refund or rescheduling is offered.
