When you stay overnight in Kazbegi, the morning has no tour buses and no crowds at Gergeti Trinity Church — only mountains, silence and fresh air. When you spend the night in Kakheti, it means homemade qvevri wine straight from the marani after the tourists have gone, and bread from the tone oven baked by the hostess just for you. Slow Travel — 3 Days in Georgia
Three unhurried days — the perfect introduction to Georgia. Day one is historic Tbilisi: the Old Town, Narikala fortress, the sulfur baths and the Bridge of Peace. On day two we head into the mountains — the Georgian Military Highway, Ananuri fortress and Gergeti Trinity Church against Mount Kazbek. Day three is Kakheti: Bodbe Monastery, Sighnaghi, the "city of love", and a wine tasting straight from the qvevri in a family marani. Back in Tbilisi on the evening of day three.

Georgia in 5 Days — Extended Route
Day 1. Tbilisi like a local: the Old Town, the sulfur baths, Avlabari, the climb to Narikala — and an evening at a wine bar on Shardeni Street.
Day 2. Modern Tbilisi: the Bridge of Peace, Rike Park, the Vake and Vera neighbourhoods. In the evening, dinner with a Georgian family and homemade wine.
Day 3. Mtskheta (UNESCO) and Jvari with its view over the confluence of two rivers — then along the Georgian Military Highway to Kazbegi. Overnight with a view of Mount Kazbek.
Day 4. Morning in the mountains, then over the pass to Kakheti: Bodbe Monastery, Sighnaghi fortress on the cliff edge and a tasting in a family marani.
Day 5. Kutaisi: Okatse Canyon or Prometheus Cave and Gelati Monastery — or a dash to Batumi and the sea. Your choice.

Complete Georgia — 7 Days
The seven-day tour is all of Georgia without compromise. Two days in Tbilisi give you a deep dive into the capital's history, food and nightlife. Mtskheta is the spiritual stop. Two days in Kazbegi: enough time to walk up to Gergeti Trinity Church, watch the sunrise over the glaciers and visit villages that day trips never reach. Kakheti gets a whole day for vineyards and wine cellars. The finale is western Georgia: Prometheus Cave, Martvili Canyon and Batumi. Return to Tbilisi or fly out of Kutaisi.
