The UAE at a glance
The United Arab Emirates is a year-round destination built around comfort: the skyscrapers of Dubai, white-sand beaches, giant malls and high-end service. The main draws are Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The UAE is easy to reach with direct flights, and Dubai is only about three hours from Tbilisi, so the Emirates are often paired as the first part of a regional trip.
Visa and entry
Entry rules depend on your nationality. Russian citizens enjoy visa-free entry for up to 90 days; citizens of many countries receive a free visa on arrival. Check the rules for your passport before travelling.

When to go
The best time is November to April, with a comfortable +24–30°C. This is the high season with pleasant weather for the beach and walking.
Summer (May–September) is very hot — up to +45°C with high humidity. Hotel prices drop and life moves into air-conditioned malls and water parks.
What to see in the UAE
Dubai
Burj Khalifa, the fountains by Dubai Mall, the Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the beaches.
Abu Dhabi
The white Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Ferrari World, the Corniche and Qasr Al Watan palace.
Desert safari
Dune bashing by 4x4, camel rides and dinner in a Bedouin camp — an Emirati classic.
Shopping & water parks
Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Aquaventure and Wild Wadi — fun for all ages.

The UAE sits above average on budget, but a wide hotel choice lets you find cheaper options, especially off-season.
